A great shot of this wary bird, Richie, and superb depth of field. Love the bokeh and the perfectly sharp tufts of bright green grass. Excellent work!

I had read good reviews about D7000 and 70-300 VR lens from Nikon and now I'm seeing it for real. Fantastic shot Richie, details on that bird is fabulous, colour is rich and pleasing. Well done, faved
