You seem to be taking a new tack in your editing. I see no noise whatsoever. I'm not sure how you achieved such sharp focus without the accompanying noise, but this is the best of your recent birds shots in my opinion. No complaints, one "fave", two hips, one hurrah and three gold start for your efforts.
