Richie, a perfectly visualized matter of 'industrial progress' (please notice the quotation marks) of days gone by. Perfectly chosen title/narrative as well!
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!

Great atmosphere there and I guess the people in the vehicle are the well heeled, maybe the owners of some of the industry portrayed. Blake was a real radical and some believe the Dark Satanic Mills he referred to were not the industrial mills but orthodox churches. "Jerusalem" was owned by the suffragette movement for many years and used as a protest song.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Stunning, you have captured the period and the people perfectly, it is amazing how when viewing your works of art, they honestly, do not appear flat! You can almost feel like if you reach forward you will touch the brick walls.
