Wasn't that particular diety featured in the Spielberg / Lucas flick Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (w/ Harrison Ford -1984)? Fine ending for the evil leader Shaman Mola Ram...wound up being the "blue plate special" for the crocs,,, Thanks for sharing...Favs...

thank you koca, tedi and jhihmoac for such inspiring comments.The goddess kali idol was made in our place in Siliguri, Bengal last year for Puja(devotion). Yes goddess Kali was shown in the Steven Speilburg Film Indiana jones...Bijan Talukdar

What a beautiful statue you did good job of capturing this wonderful work. I see the top is cut off in the photo, would like to see it in the frame, but very minor. Nice work!
