This is a stairway the minors used in Carlsbad Caverns. A far cry for the elevators in the mines of today. By the way the minors were mining for bat crap. Some job huh.

And just what to they make out of BS? Talk about hating to go to work everyday. To the Batmobile miners. Interesting post BTK and I will have to research the crap out of bat mining.

Lol @ Tick! I hear bat guano makes great fertilizer.... It's a really interesting shot, and this is the only way I'll ever see what it looks like because I'd get very claustrophobic if I really went there!
