i'm a painter, not a photographer (excuse if the presentation is poor), but I am enjoying messing around with some pictures I've shot in the past years.. did some simple manip..this one is of a magnificent building in the Hamptons. i liked the tree and the weird face that is the door of the building (totally there). planning on painting some new canvases soon.

That door looks like it has eyes! I suppose it is decorated with wreaths of something. Tigs♥ =^..^=

This presentation makes the house look like it is hiding something B16. Nice air of mystery about this one.

I like the colors in this. Pretty cool shot. That face is quite an attraction, I bet, to people driving by.

Interesting. I used to live in Easthampton, MA. There is a church there like this one with a clock in the steeple.
It takes much longer to paint a canvas than to take a photo, but you have to spend some time making the image come across well on the internet and look like it did when you saw the subject.

is weird, maybe its just the hamptons anywhere that have white buildings and faces ;). thanks everyone for commenting (even though some of you may not look back of this page).. my thanks still count!

im glad some of you sensed the mystery or eeriness.. definitely what i was going for.. and i did nothing to the door to make that face, came out when i was shadowing

Well they don't make doors like they used to. I would be afraid to trick or treat there. In the old days I would knock and run. Well put together.

An nice look you've given your photo. The wreathes on the church doors do create an interesting face. I like the graduated colour you've added to the photo, it gives the scene an eerie atmosphere.
