What a fantastic pose you caught him in and he is such an interesting color. I just don't understand how anyone can get a clean shot of these guys. They are impossible. I think you did a great job, here.

You're right about the color Anita. In Europe, the squirrels are red and smaller than in America. An they are very wilder: impossible to approach them like you can do in the USA :-)

Although not sharp, this is such a cute image Chris !! Yes, i find animal photography very difficult to. Tomorrow a week ago, i was in Burgers Zoo. I also made many pictures there that where unsharp !!

I love this shot...again pity for the focusing and the shaking of the camera. It would pay you to get a stabilized long lense. Then you can shake but the lense stays still. I have a 12X Lieca with active stabilization and it makes me look good.
