A super sharp clear view of the waterfront Steve. Such a mixtue of old and new. Old St Nicholas church with it's long history, the Royal Liver Building over 100 years now, and can the Metropolitan Cathedral be considered 'old' I wonder. I don't think so - it's younger than me :)
I enjoyed the link to the India Buildings site, thank you.
Added to the BWC - thank for that as well !

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Steve, this is a great B&W image (with a touch of selective coloring).
By checking out the link I recognized in your image instantly the copper green roofed India Building.
Perfect entry for the Wednesday B&W challenge, mate!

Very nice landscape shot. You can almost see the Beatles playing a concert or at least back in the day.
