Oh how cool this one is, so darn creative, and so well done. I think some of these artistic works should be entered in some kind of contest. Tigs♥ =^..^=
Love the simplicity in this one. The mind wanders and speculates. Titles could be "The fight," "The make-up," or possibly "Awakened Strangers" would get the mind moving. Excellent work.
Your titles are the main reason I get up every morning. The narratives could use a little work, but those titles are killers. I am so far behind on my comments that I'm going to have to lay off comments on the abstracts. The postings look great, but I'm typically at a loss as to what to say. How the hell can I critique a shot when I don't have a clue how you create these masterpieces. If you don't hear from me for a while, don't take it personally. Believe it or not, I actually do have a life when I'm not on Caedes and pounding on my keyboard.
How did you know, John? My hubby & I just celebrated our 27th anniversary today ... it was an evening of movies & popcorn. Our closest friends who were also celebrating their anniversary were doing the same exact thing. As I get older I find that romance can be of simpler activities like watching a movie on TV & enjoying some popcorn or ice cream with someone you love.
The teal tones have a relaxing / comfy effect. Excellent creation, John. Straight to my DT.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . It looks like a painting work, I really love the atmosphere of this job, a woman and maybe her man sitting on a couch talking about their future, and so on......
Given the title. I'll assume someone has had their chesterfield repossessed and they have been reduced to sitting on pillows to indulge themselves in the latest movie of the week drama. Given the angle of the subjects I would say the third person is the only one actually watching the movie. While the two figures in the foreground are more involved in their own personal drama. Intriguing work when viewed that way. A great job on this image, John.
