On our trip along the Oregon coast we took this small road down to the ocean, and I loved the colors of the trees. Unfortunately, when I got home and looked at the image on my computer, there was a terrible slant to the picture. And now I have learned how to straighten the photos, which makes me so very happy! Thanks for everyone's help in teaching me how to do this!

That happens. Picasa2 has the best straightener on the market, as far as I'm concerned. Don't know if that's what you have, but it's free. It has other great stuff too. Nice picture.

I love the golden tones of the shrubs to either side of the road, then the dark trees framing the sea. This is a lovely shot. It also reminds me of trips to the coast with my children years ago, all of them looking out to see who could spot the sea first, just to go over the crest of a hill to see it appear in front of us just like in this photograph. Thanks for sharing and bringing back cherished memories!

Love the view beyond the trees! And learning to fix a slant is a very helpful thing!

Straight as a string, as my gramma used to say and lovely to boot!

Nice contrasts betwewn the shrubbery and the ocean in the backround! Well done!

Wow, you wouldn't want to go hurtling down that road with faulty brakes. It's a joy when you work out how to straighten isn't it? It becomes an obsession though, I'll warn you! Glad it sorted this shot out for you, it's nicely composed.
