From the marshes close to Monterrico, Guatemala looking back East towards the Sierra Madre de Chiapas, a mountain range that consist of most of the volcanos in Guatemala. Those mountains are about 2 hours away from this spot. Its hard believing this body of water was actually connected to the ocean considering it was completely still and icy smooth.

You commented on one of my photos today which led me to take a look at your gallery. It is quite impressive.
I really like the subtle reflection of the mountain in this shot.

Thanks Ron! Now that my photography is really catching some momentum I'm planning on contributing more to Caedes. Caedes back in 2003 was the first site to nurture my interest in the field.
