View of the Detroit River...just in front of the Belle Isle bridge on the left is a hydroplane racing just before another one flipped!

Great shot! I like the colors and square frame you put this in.
Water sports are some of my favorite. That hydroplane is kicking up a mile of water. No wonder why they flip and go flying into the sunset! Isn't this also a spot for the Red Bull airplane races? Now that's a spectacle if I've ever seen one.

The colouring makes it look a bit like some shots of Florida I've seen. Funky! I like the way the land on either side of the water in the foreground kind of "leads" the eye into the picture and the city in the background.

Yes, the couloring is what makes this intriguing...........as in an old post-card. Excellent comp. and mood.
