I've had this one in hiding. I wasn't so sure about the darkness of it before...but now, I like the shadows between the petals.

An exquisite macro of this beauty. Fascinating details Jessica - the thick rich petals show a lot of texture. The bloom seems made of velvet, and the deep lush magenta color is lovely. I'm sure Raffaele, will be quite impressed :)
