Ladybug chillin' on a leaf. It took me several tries to get it facing me in the picture, as it kept turning away as I repositioned to get a head on shot.

Your patience was rewarded. I really like how the Ladybug is so clear and the background a little fuzzy. Makes the shot much better and defines your intention. Good post

Fantastic focus control, the ladybug is pin sharp! Composition is done well with good use of DOF to isolate the subject. I think a little bit of post processing could do this image a world of good as I find it lacks some contrast and punch.
