In the narrative of this one, I've told you that in my area some Dutch (Zeeland) old wooden fishing boats, built at the end of the 19th century, begin 20th century (1899-1902) were recently and still are reconstructed/refurbished to keep them for historical reasons (as a kind of heritage or 'living' maritime monument).

This image, taken on July 14th, 2018, shows where this reconstruction/refurbishment is done (in the 2nd 'building' from the right).

Very interesting to see how the restoration of the old boat is going on. Nice and clear details here too Cornelius.

Very well done my friend, and I see that you were noticed by the one gentleman. I also like the huge log beams of the inside of the building.

A lot of craftmanship required for this type of work. It is good to know they are being refurbished and restored for the furture

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

I'm glad they refurbish and keep them - too much of our heritage in my country is discarded - excellent and interesting capture Mr. C.

Colors and light are magnificent. Comes through so incredibly well, I almost feel like I could walk into this scene, and my love of boats make this even better!
