I like this image. Your use of depth of field shows the business part of the instrument while leaving the other parts just enough in focus to hint at their importance. Aside from this the background color matches the warm wood tones, and the wood grain really pops in this photo.
I like this picture a lot. You've brought out the texture and detail of the wood very nicely. This is overall a very well composed, thoughtful shot. My only critique is your framing...there is a big empty hole in the upper right side of the picture, and the absence of anything to look at actually draws the eye away from the violin...which you've captured spectacularly. A simple cropping would do the trick!
Nice shot ,colours and composition. The white line thing behind the violin is a bit out of place like it's growing from the violin's back. Also the top right corner is a bit empty.
Great capture and angle of this violin. Great clarity and colours, your title made me laugh to my self, I got it before you said 4, lol. Do you play? My son teaches classical & electric guitar at the conservatory.
