I really like the close, tight in crop on this flower shot. The softness of the petals is captured very well. What's interesting to me is all the little shadows/tonal variations created by the wavy petals. Although, personally, I'd use a larger aperture (larger DOF) to bring the center of the flower into focus as well as the petals.

Wow, another brilliant shot. The positioning is magnificent, with the flower occupying almost all of the screen but with a little green poking through the corners. Great detail, brilliant color, and just another fantastic picture.

Absolutely gorgeous presentation Ashley, and perfect title! Wonderful close view - the layers of gentle petals are ethereal. Love that pale pink colour with the orange center for a bit of flash :) One keeper of a bloom :)

I need to catch up on things so can't comment too much. But I love all of your fine images :)
I like the wave of the petals, and the nice soft colors of the picture. It makes it easy to look at, and the positioning and angle are very nice.
