Translation: Katherine's Palace. Behold the summer palace of Katherine the Great, looking up from the garden. Sorry, couldn't back up any further to accommodate the Coolpix.
"Once there were brook trout...standing in the amber current...polished and torsional..on their backs were vermiculate patterns that were maps of the world in its becoming. Of a thing which could not be put back. Not be made right again." Cormac MCarthy
Yeah, it looks a little like my summer place (palace)! NOT! I don't have enough servants to take care of such a huge house! lol I love those wonderful fountains you got into the shot which is quite clear and well composed.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

It is a very beautiful building, and I don't know if this was on purpose or not, but the sky is pretty, light to darker blue. You never cease to amaze me!
So beautiful! Such a great shot...lovely how you captured the water features...just lovely. A nice place to sit and ponder on life, in the midst of a summer day. Verena

Thanks for your comments on "Ekaterinsku Dvorets". It was originally named Petrodvorest, since it was built by Czar Peter. Katherine was responsible for the remodeling into the rococo design.
