Kennesaw Farms Built by Washington Baber in 1856, Used by the union army during the Civil War then lost in a single hand of poker to A. C. Franklin a couple of years later. Franklins holdings grew to 1400 acres and he bred world renoun racehorses. A revolutionary development deal saved her. The land was sold with the stipulation that as these upper middle end homes were built the house would be restored. Now a real estate office, art gallery, party and wedding reception hall.

I had the privlege of photographing inside and out right before the deal was made (a back window was ajar). Gorgeous ruins, dust motes floating in the air, adrenaline up, paradise to me.

That place looks too durn good to have been worked on by my Cuzin Jasper. Must have been a professional job. Beautiful shot, and I like the insert too.
