Nikon FM, Pentax, and the one in the middle was my Dads, a Bolsey Jubilee. Maybe some old timers here can give me some history on that one. And why not post some photos of your old cameras....
Most of us don't have nearly as many as you do ... they must breed like rabbits
personally, I think you could come in closer on this and not show us half a frame of space blanket ... make it more of an antique shoppe dusty still-life kinda vibe
I really like these. I have some old camera's. I used to buy them at flea markets and such. I quit doing that some time ago, but it might make for interesting photo for you. I'll do that if I can ever round them all up. I like the old b/w effect on this. That's as it should be. Good luck with your new camera Gregg. The birds await you.
I went to look for my old cameras and the most I could get for my efforts was a snoot full of dust. They say they refuse to be posted on a site such as this due to the cold and damp and the fact that they have to move at all. There have been a lot of photographers in my family so I have quite a collection of this and that...but I like your idea of the space blanket. Perhaps they could be persuaded to come out if they knew they'd be warm and could complain about the lack of parts and film and and bring out their "negative" comments and..oh, the list is endless.
I think I'll just show this pic to them and they can hoot and whistle and have a grand old time :)

*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Hi Gregg, The Moody Blue's sung " Every Picture tells a Story " .... My Father also had a Bolsey Jubilee when I was a little younger, I remember that the Camera was supposed to have been manufactured in America as advertised My Father told me that it was stamped on the shutter inside the Camera Made in Germany this was discovered when the Camera was put in for a simple repair parts were not available as Company went to the wall in the late 50s so the Camera ended up in my toy box ... Super image Thanks Colin
