Great shot Ewa. I have to ask - where were you? These look like great mountains with great character. Beatiful capture. As always I'll look forward to more of your posts.
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

Looks like you must be sitting on top of the world to be able to look across a scene such as this. The contrasts in the foreground are especially clear and attention grabbing. :)
"The artist is a receptacle for emotions that come from all over the place; from the sky, from the earth, from a scrap of paper, from a passing shape, from a spider’s web." Pablo Picasso
I most certainly do have the courage!! I can easily look down sitting at home (and it is a wonderful view I might add), but it must have been a spectacular view in person. The building at the top really gives it a sense of scale. Great job!!
"Imperfection is beauty; madness is genius & it's better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring. And when it comes down to it, I let them think what they want. If they care enough to bother with what I do, then I'm really better than them."--Marilyn Monroe
Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.

I sometimes surprise myself and look down from huge heights and other times it makes me feel rather ill! :) ...fortunately we are looking up here, so no problems! lol! The building does look precariously balanced there on the edge of the cliff! Fantastic shot Ewa - with very good perspective!
"Life is short, break the rules, forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile" .... mygallery
Looks like you can see half way around the world from up there! lol Yes, I would probably be dizzy up there looking down. You must have been on another peak to take this shot. Great perspective!
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.
