What difference 18 minutes makes! This is taken just 18 minutes later then the previous "Tall buildings - Golden time" photo. Unlike the other one, to take this one no ND/GND/CP filters needed.

18mm, f16, 30s, ISO100, M Mode, Nikon D3000, Nikkor 18-55, Tripod.
