Kullindi homestead is situated on 5 acres of prime real estate on the banks of Sussex Inlet. It was built by the Elmoos family in 1880 and now operates as a guest house.

It is the same all over the world that there is always some prime real estate for most areas.
If it is near the water, then it is more prime.

And mind you the guests must arrive in their own or rented canoes or barges etc watercraft which might be quite a fun....
