well, I think this is a damn nice picture. The tiny bench under the tree, the lamp hanging from the branch, the red fence, the purple blooms all work perfectly to create a beautiful scene. The lighting is great too

I can't figure out what my eye wants to focus on. I can't end a sentence with on can I? Anyways... I don't know what I am supposed to look at. The birdhouse, the chair, the tree. My eye is not drawn to any one of them in particular.
I have to agree with KevinG_Kelly - there's too much going on to make the subject obvious. I'd like to add that the overexposed fence is entirely too distracting. I would suggest simplifying the photo. get closer to the chair, perhaps using the tree on the left to frame the picture. that should remove most of the distractions. Also don't shoot in bright daylight like this. A bright overcast day will give you nice and even lighting. Morning and evening are also good times to shoot.
