This little mushroom looks as though it's not going to let anything get in it's way to survive does it?. It's very small as you can see in contrast with the pine needles shown. This just caught my eye on a walk the other day. Hope you enjoy and thanks for your views and comments.

Eileen This is very good my friend and the title is just right for it. You have captured this very well in all the detail. The framing also works good with this too. I think you have an excellent post here. Sandi

Real nice shot Eileen! It does indeed look determined to flourish pushing right out of the needles like that! I'll bet it gets the job done too! Good job!!

A wonderful capture Eileen ... the mushroom does look very tiny. Good eye too ... I would have probably walked right past it. Very nicely done & I like the framing.

This is really a nice capture, Eileen. I'm not sure if the title refers to the determination of the mushroom or your determination to capture it! Great shot -

Excellent macro shot Eileen! I have not yet managed to get a mushroom shot that is so clear and in focus. I was all set up to take one one day when this lovely little boy came along and kicked it from in front of my camera! :O lol! I gave up there and then! too funny! Love the way you have got the background blurred too! well done! Patti

A beautiful little gem. I might not have noticed it. You had to get way down low for this one, but it was worth it. It's a wonderful shot and the framing is perfect.

I am actually cheering here!...this is absolutely beautiful!!! Such a tiny thing, and you were able to take this photo so perfectly and bring it to us shroom lovers!! Its a wonderful thing when we come upon lovely surprises like this on a walk ! I dont get to walk much to do it, but when I drive, I think I see every speck of the earth from my little car! This photo of yours will be in my shroom file forever...thank you a million times for giving me such a gift..verena

Great capture and perfect title Eileen. Like Jerry said you had to be laying on the ground to get this but it sure was worth it. Wonerful colors and DOF in this shroom photo, great work my friend. You and your family have a great New Year, and thank you for being such a good friend to me.
