You have a pretty good eye for subject material. However,this has more potential. The first thing I noticed was the downward left tilt of the horizon, which is easily corrected. The ferry's bow is almost out of the picture, leaving nowhere for the viewers eye to go, but out.Any moving object generally needs more space in the direction of travel. Also applies to people or animals, looking in a specific direction.
Normally the space should be 2/3rds in front and 1/3rd to the rear, and in this case the rear would be the end of the dock, and not all the water to the right side. I'll send you an illustration. It's quite a powerful shot.
