I wonder if that is a very large (and very beautiful) Tulip Magnolia... because here in Virginia the Tulip Magnolias have the shaped pink blossoms and the other (plain) magnolias have these big dinner-plate sized white blossoms. Always nice to see professional landscaping...this tree and the wrought-iron fence work very well together.
