This Bewicks Wren is one of the noisier birds in the park that I shoot at. They are a very busy little birds always searching for more bugs to eat. They usually are seen moving in the center of bushes, in the shadows. This one happened to pop out for a moment and perch on a wide open branch. A green background and cloudy morning as well. Who could ask for more!!

Seems like it behaves & looks very much like the European Wren only without the ribbed markings on the wing tips. Lovely photograph Garrett well done on capturing this twitchy bird so very well.

What beautifully markings this wren as and love the marking around the birds eye.You captured this bird one hundred percent with stunning light,colour and detail and love the green in the backdrop of this photo too. Well done to a great looking photo and thanks for sharing it another bird that I have not seen but we do have a wren the Uk which is are second smallest native bird the smallest is the goldcrest.

Wonderful photograph with great clarity and detail...and these guys are not easy to capture. I like how his legs are forward, but he has turned to look at you, maybe out of curiosity.

I don't think anyone could ask for more of this one Garrett.
I know the wren is a pretty small bird. We used to have Wren Houses--not to be confused with Hen Houses.
