I got to the pond at about 7:00 am just in time for the fly off. By 7:15 am all of the 200 geese and these Snowy Egrets were gone. Tomarrow the geese.

Makes me think of the movie "Dumbo" and the storks off on their daily deliveries, Garrett.
The misty background and lighting really add to this dreamlike photo.

Great looking capture and beautiful scene with so many birds lunching into the sky and I love the sunlight in this photo and how it plays across the birds body's and stunning looking water so soft looking.Plus great detail and superb presentation too.

Terrific capture Garrett. They are lovely to look at. I think they may have come down here for a lay over stop for little while. Seeing quite a few at the wildlife preserve.
