Took this picture about two weeks back...there was a light dusting of snow the night before and these wildflowers were just hanging on...

They have their little white hats on and are ready to go caroling Gerry. Nice winter/summer scene. Colors are crisp. Maybe it is the snow.

This is very delicate Gerry, I like the feeling of fragility in the blooms. There's a bit too much empty space on the left for me, but I understand that problem when you're trying to crop for a desktop!
