These were growing in my backyard. My pictures are taken with an old digicam i got four or five years ago and with no post-processing, not that i need to point that out Haha.

I think I might have focused on the one in the foreground. The unfocused mushroom in the foreground is distracting to me.Just my opinion still a good post .You haven't seen any Hobbits after these have you.LOL

Personal preferences of focussing of foreground or background aside I think this is a very good macro shot that evokes feelings of "That's him there!" to me!

It's cracking really, considering it was taken with something that is supposedly 'not that special' ;)

Just wondering where the 'snacking' side of it comes in as I would tend to think that this either inedible or hallucinogenic! I'm probably miles off the mark and it is delicious and highly edible!!

Good shot that fellow!

Glade, think one of the good things of the Caedes site is that people are helpful with their advice/comment in order to improve someones photographic results. Therefore I like to agree with Tom's comment above. Think focussing on the mushroom in the foreground would have given a better result. Please give it another try, and you'll see that we are right. Success!
regards, Cornelius.
