The D7000 and you make a great team, Roger. There is so much to see in this image. Interesting how the boats have to wait for the tide to come in. Bravo.
Lots to look at in this capture, and enjoy, you and Nikon did a good job on this one Roger. Good composition, and I find the boat in the foreground very interesting. =^..^=tigs♥
im a little confused here Giz, theres what seems to be one watercraft attached by rope to this small boat from the front, then ropes attached to the rear as well. some kinda of tug-a-boat contest, or is that first watercraft an actually tug-boat? :)
just kiddin! its nice to see the full version & why the ropes were in the shot. i see now as more have the same pulley system it seems. sure makes life tough just going fishing with all that land to cross first, like going deer hunting & walking through downtown to get to your favorite hunting spot in the woods.
oh dang! i forgot..sorry its easy to get me distracked! i love the bird you captured in this scene up in the sky, with so much already there to view! very well composed with the surroundings. gives someone the sense of being there, or wanting to be! well done mate! well done!!
Lots of anchoring ropes stretching out there...seems they have taken on some marine growth!...Sun must have been above as you faced this scene, looking at the 'glints' on the water
All boats at rest...but I can guess a busy place when the tides in
