Sometimes known as the Black Bellied Whistling Duck, there's so many of them folks, & yes all Whistlers whistle. I'm sorry I was unable to find an audio link.

I guess he'd be both red and black bellied. Quite a looker anyway. There are so many unusual ducks and other birds here and your shots of them are great and educational as well.
