Rare? Did I hear rare? Not for me. I like my fowl roasted fully. Oh, you didn't mean THAT kind of rare, eh? OK then. Fantastic shot of this fine looking goose. You even got really good detail in the grass. Very nice.

I see no traces of swan here but the goose looks good. Nice and sharp image Phil.
