This is the first time I've seen this duck at WWT Slimbridge, apparently their native to North America. I wonder whether any of you American/Canadian viewers have seen one before?

I have never seen on Phil, but I sure can appreciate, and enjoy this capture. I wonder if they are more common in the mid states, like Nebraska. In any case this is an excellent capture. Tigs♥ =^..^=

Canvas Back Ducks make better lovers then fighters Phlossie. Anyway that's what Laurel and Hardy said.
Excellent colors and detail.
They were around years ago but I haven't notice any lately.

This is a lovely capture of this duck and in full screen can even see the droplets of water on its back and neck too. Well done!

That "canvas" looks really waterproof. Good capture of this unusual duck Phil.

Not sure if I've seen one of these before but I'll keep my eyes open for them now...great capture, Phil, and a beautiful bird.

Never argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.
