Not sure what this flower is. It might be in the allium family. But I thought it looked cool, so I snagged it.

Well, that would be a good guess. I don't know what it is, but it is very pretty, isn't it? I love the little five petaled flowerlets

It's all about perspective and perception.
This is an Echinops flower, tricky to photograph well because of the great depth of the flowerball. The photographer has done very well indeed to produce such a clear shot.

Amazing structure of some things. I don't know what it is either. It's a well designed living plant, that's for sure, and you captured the detail to the enth degree. Well done.
