Not sure what this flower is. It might be in the allium family. But I thought it looked cool, so I snagged it.

This is an Echinops flower, tricky to photograph well because of the great depth of the flowerball. The photographer has done very well indeed to produce such a clear shot.

Amazing structure of some things. I don't know what it is either. It's a well designed living plant, that's for sure, and you captured the detail to the enth degree. Well done.
