This is the main chandelier in the theater portion of the most famous opera house in the world. It weighs 7 tons and is over 150 years old. It is surrounded by a Painting By (Marc) Chagall so high above the ground. It is in this building that Gaston Leroux's novel Phantom Of The Opera takes place. Paris, France; September, 2015.

I'm kidding of course. Your perfectly taken and edited image of this wonderful and impressive chandelier is striking. One has to realizes that a painting of the impressionistic painter Marc Chagall only, is priceless to people like you and me.
