One almost has to wear sunglasses in this room with all that gold leaf. It would appear those feathers at the top to be from ostrich. Chateau Fontainebleau, Fontainebleau, France; July, 2016.

Ted, you're right. By viewing this splendor in real, wearing sunglasses was very advisable, ☺ .
Think that the emperor Napoleon I (aka Napoleon Bonaparte, August 15th 1769 - May 5th, 1821) never got used to his accommodation while having 'vacation' on both the island Elba and Saint-Helena.
