Captured this image last summer on one of our long walks when I spotted this beautiful pink Peony. Thought this would be a good one for a Foofy Friday Posting.
If you view in full there are a couple of ants crawling around. Hope you enjoyed the view.
Did this in layers just to bring out the one to make it really pop bringing out more detail and rich colour, then I did the background as B/W using Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and downsized it using iPiccy.com.

Perfect use of the 'selective coloring principle' Pat, resulting in a wonderful and delicate Foofy Friday image. Think that the other B&W peonies envy their 'friend' in full color, lol.

Great looking close up and the detail just jumps out the screen at you along with the lovely colour of the flower .And I like how the rest is in grey tones as well.Very nice Pat well done.
