The "Tree of Life" is one of the most photographed structures in Disney World. It is a man made structure by an international team of artisans were brought together to design and implement the carving of nearly 400 animals in it's intricate framework. Underneath the tree is a 3D show called "It's Tough To Be A Bug", it's so cute, if you have a chance to go there.

When completed, the Tree of Life had 12 primary branches, 45 secondary branches, 756 tertiary branches, 7,891 end branches and over 102,000 man-made leaves . The tree stands 145 feet tall and is 165 feet across and it took 18 months to complete this creation.

Of course I captured this while at the Disney World's - Animal Kingdom, on our holiday in Orlando Florida. It truly is a very impressive to see & also capture, there are so many angles you could capture just toview all the animals on the trunk/framework.

I brought out more detail in Adobe Photoshop Elements 10, then used iPiccy.com to bring it down in size, also cloned out a few palm branches peaking in on the right side. Did not touch the colour at all.

Thank You So Much for your time and comments, deeply appreciated. Have a wonderful day.

Although it's the most photographed structure, I was unknown of it, so I didn't believe my eyes when I saw your excellent capture Pat.

Thanks for your very detailed narrative as well.

Conclusion: you've done a great job to the Caedes friends, inclusive me. Thanks for that my friend.

I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?

The famed tree of life would probably have borne some resemblance to this, I think--something mighty, steadfast, with abundance of green leaves "for the healing of the nations." Good shot!
