Well folks, can you guess what I've been doing for the last 2 days - take a look at that background. If you guessed I've been shovelling you are right. We had a terrible snow storm yesterday with strong winds and lots of the white s#*t.
Any way I captured this image of Mr Hairy Woodpecker at the suet feeder this morning, Good Friday (2016, 03-25). We were having our morning coffee in the living room before I went out to do my favorite winter activity, shovel, lol.
I used Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 to bring out more detail also cropped it some due to the wind blowing the feeder, then with iPiccy.com> to make it smaller.

Mr. Woodpecker doesn't seem too pleased with all that fresh white stuff either. At least he has you to keep him going until the "real" spring arrives.

I saw one of these when I was visiting my mom at the Nursing Home today Skates. Unfortunately I didn't get a photo.
