Rules are for those who always follow the rules; there are no rules in photography because this isn't a game but an art! :P -Me-
Both this picture and "Raindrops" are great ideas very well carried out. They are both excellent close-up shots. They are however a bit noisy, especially "Raindrops", but I realy like them both.

The truth is, you really should see My Gallery.
so nice to see different shots from you! I was getting worried the snowbirds were taking over! ;) This is a great shot.. i like the focus and the composition.. the green is bold in contrast with the water drops and looks fantastic! well done!
I just had this in the VB. I must say I scored it considerably higher than the current C-Index. I studied it for a long time. At first I wasn't all that impressed because the top half of the photo is very blurry and out of focus...eventually it dawned on me the the majesty of the shot is not that part of it is out of focus; rather it is that ANY of it is IN focus. Nice work on a very tight macro shot, the droplets and texture of the leaf, especially in the bottom half, are spectacular!
