A great capture, the reflections are great but I find the gradient and texture of that wall more interesting than the reflections on the water. Very good work from you, good DOF and exposure, both thumbs up !!!

Really nifty as we oldsters might say. The rock formations are so interesting in your part of the country and the bright green of the trees and the plants on the wall make a great contrast with the colors of the rock.

Just SUPERB Jennifer!. I love the way that detailed left wall, drops down in a gentle curve
and leads your eye directly up the stream to the center of interest. A great lesson in excellent composition.

Where is this? Unbelievable. You should be about ready now with enough images to make a book. I want an autographed copy when you do that!

The reflections and the colors are incredible here Jen. I like the manipulation. It adds some drama to an already dramatic image. Great clarity, high quality and good colors...
Well done. Thanks :~)

This place is very enchanting and the reflections on the water is completely stunning. Little bit over saturated in greens I think. Except for that this is good.

This is a great image. I wonder what caused the lower part of the wall to have that smeared effect. No matter what, it's a great shot. Nicely done.

I love places like this, with massive rock walls hanging over the viewer and contrasting with a delicate reflection in clear water; one of the hardest natural elements in our world versus one of the most malleable. I'm guessing this is somewhere in the SW United States? A lovely shot, Jen. One I'm happy to include in my personal screensaver, composed of 275 shots, all having something to do with water. Thank you.

Here's another thought. When I first commented on this one I didn't realize when it was that you had submitted it so I searched for it in your gallery (a pleasant task, I must say) and found that it was from about 4-1/2 years ago! Recently, there has been a lot of discussion about the Art Council and how only newer images should be considered. I don't believe that, feeling many older photos merit a look and consideration for inclusion in the perms. This shot of yours, if it isn't already in the perms, should be considered for that treatment, because it's good, despite the fact that it was probably taken with a lesser quality camera than the ones used today. This shot illustrates that it isn't necessarily the quality of the camera that makes the photo good one, but rather the quality of the photographer, and, by studying your gallery, yours is obviously high.
