All right Jen u impressed me this time. The focus, composition, colors, clarity, vantage point and every thing else is stunning. Remember this girl, this will be one of your most memorable shots and mine too :)
Wow, this is amazingly beautiful...I am speechless. You captured this perfectly. I love how the clouds reflect in the river. This deserves a 10+. Excellent work.
The emotions, the tears, of wasted years, wash over me like a cold wind out of the north. I tremble and shake, with each breath i take, and there's no one around me that cares. Dwight.
All the superlatives have been said. Nice work, Jen.
You really do like wandering, don't you. My guess, is downriver from the dam, but a healthy hike to the canyon.
Oh my Jen, the colors and the reflections in this image are incredible. It must have felt pretty awesome to be standing where you were and taking this shot......you have managed to capture the feeling of "dawn" in this picture. I am putting it on my desktop so I can continue to enjoy it and also downloading it to my favorites folder on my harddrive. Thank you for sharing it with us :~)
What a fantastic picture! This scenery is beautiful and dramatic, and you have photographed it so well. The composition is very good and the colours and reflections are amazing. Well done, this deserves a higher c index though in my opinion.
Something about this shot seems post-apoctalyptic, with no trace of civilization, and very dramatic lighting and scenery. It's very stunning, one of my favs.
Completely and totally amazing. The colors are so pure and rich. The reflections are perfect. What a gift you received in being behind the lens on this one. Thanks for sharing with us.
This one is great to. I love canyon and mountain shots becaus iv visited colorado and utah and thos parts, and i wasnt into photography back then so now whenever i see canyons it remindes me of the grand circle.
I've seen a lot of different views of the Colorado but not quite like this one. It's an eye popper on my 23" flat panel. I just hope you were standing on something solid when you took the photo. The canyon is on my list of places I want to see... someday. Not that I want to compete with this beauty of yours but, where was the shot taken?
