That bee sure loves that pink flower. I dont know what kind of flower it is but it is nice. I like how this shows not all flowers are perfect and they go through stages. This one has lost some of it's petals but the bee doesnt care. Nice work!
That little bee is after only one thing and you caught him at it. The plant is echinacea.
Have fun in Alaska. I bet you get some great photos from there. Cindy
** To all my dear friends, I will be missing from Caedes, from the 24th June...touring and vacationing!.....Will miss you all...but will have great 'goodies' for you when I return!!!**
This is unusual. Made me realize that we often think every pedal has to be in place in order for a flower to be worthy of capture, but you have shown us not necessarily so. Good capture of the bee. too.

I am still extremely busy with projects but hopefully things should slow down by the end of the summer. Please know that I appreciate you all and will stop by and visit your images as often as I can. My best to all my friends.
Sincerely,
Carrie
She loves me, she loves me not...

Hey, how come you are in Alaska and leave me sitting behind my desk!
She loves me not, she loves me not...
She loves me not, she loves me not...
I love how the bee balances out the space where the petals aren't showing, and how you can see his perfect side-view. The colors of the flower are georgeous as well. FAB!!
