there are so many mushrooms in washington. i love going out to find them. the part on the left was almost as big as a dinner plate. thanks in advance for any comments. ENJOY!

Jen - Great dof on this close up, with clarity of detail. The few green leaves offer color to a near monochrome background, all of that good contrast to the mushrooms. Terrific find! Thad

They are indeed most interesting and varied. I guess WA has the damp atmosphere for their survival and propagation. A fine closeup on these two, Jen. Hope there'll be more.

Lovely composition on this Jen. The little bit of green and rusty red add so much to the overall scene. The textures on the small mushroom are marvelous. Great Shot.
