Have a seat and please enjoy the beautiful seven varieties of peonies. I must hurry and post this image as we are on the brink of a major thunderstorm and my internet connection is touch and go at this point. Enjoy!!!!!
We are now comfortably seated together with Boris watching the flowers. Thunderstorm is not only dangerous to Internet but most of all it is said here that it may damage severely one's computer so it is always better to shut it down - however hard it may be at times LOL Thanks for the bench suited for our two medium size bottoms :) SAM & SAAB [he indeed always jumps to sit next to me on any bench!]
Nothing but heat here in Delaware today...my last full day here till August. I could sit there and look at the flowers and probably fall asleep....but I would not have to worry about sleeping too long...the thunder would wake me up. Beautiful shot, Laura.
Smile, without a reason why. Love, as if you were a child, Smile, no matter what they tell you Don't listen to a word they say Cause life is beautiful that way. (From the film "Life Is Beautiful")

Thanks Laura, but hope you'll understand that because of the price of a ticket and because of the traveling time, I can't accept your invitation. Your very fine capture offers me a good alternative. Thanks for that.
I really hope that these beauties have survived the thunderstorm.
I've in my garden varieties of peonies as well, but they are supported by a kind of (barely visible) rack to avoid being snapped by wind gusts.

Very nice and well composed capture of this lovely view Laura. The colours are beautiful and the scene looks so peaceful and nice that the viewer (me) wants to occupy that bench right away.
What a wonderful spot Laura and I'm sure you can catch whiffs of the beautiful scent while there. It is best to shut down during lightening storms - our condo was hit by lightening in 2006 and it went into the 4th floor unit directly to his computer - fried it and damaged the roof slightly.
