This barn is situated along the back roads in New Jersey and is a popular spot for picture taking. The barn is becoming more deteriorated and weak and eventually it most likely will be razed, but for now, please enjoy!!!!!
What a great shot, I guess we'd better get photos of those old barns now as they are not going to be around long. At least the ones around this area. Love the angle on this one. Good job.
Very nice shot of he barn with all the trees in the background. Nice lighting and shadows here too. This will make a very good entry for the contest Laura.
Laura, as far as an object can be photogenic, this barn earns this qualification fully. An excellent opportunity for making some very good images. With this image you have proven to handle this matter in an excellent way. My compliments, my friend. Would be a very good entry for both the B&W challenge and the current contest.

You choice of B&W is perfect for this oldie. I like your compostion, and I can see the lean of this oldie. Very good contest entry if you choose to enter it. tigs=^..^=
You have done a great job capturing this piece of Americana. Sadly, although most barns way back in the day were constructed to last a long time, they are reaching the end of their lifespan. They sure don't make em like that anymore, much cheaper to buy a prefab metal structure that can go up in a few hours. Wonderful shot.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
