Another from our trek last Saturday. I liked the way the wall blended into the surroundings quite well. I got a heck of a fright after taking this though :) I went up to the wall and just behind it was a magical garden with some logs piled in unusual ways. I shouted to Al that they would be great for the numbers competition when all of a sudden this HUGE sheepdog ran into the garden barking its head off at me. I jumped out of my skin and right across the road lol. I really thought the dog was going to bound over the wall. Of course Al laughed at me :)))

Thank you for looking and all comments gratefully received. xx

Great shot Jo and I agree the wall looks great. You must have looked like a She Wolf if the dog was after you. Guarding them little lambs. Nice post lamb chop.

Great pic. MFJ. I like the curve of the wall and the curve of the road. Both lead you through the picture and make you wonder what's round the bend (no jokes here).

I understand how you must have felt. Similar thing happened to me when on the way to see my mom I stopped to take pics of nice garden decorations, stepped up to get better view over the fence and that big Alzatian sprang like from underground barking fiercely. Luckily I was alone without my Tiger Dog Boris LOL
BTW 10/10 in VB this minute !!!!

I know what you mean about being chased by dogs - I love 'em but they can be so scary. This is the kind of lane that just makes me want to follow it to see where it goes!
