Another from our walk up the mountain. There is a large herd of small mountain ponies up there, and this little one stopped and stood perfectly still when he saw us coming. We sat on the ground to calm his fears, and after a few mins he crept towards us. Then he ran back to his mummy, then back to us, over and over till he gor brave enough to come within about 3 feet of us. I couldnt get him for a while though in case the camera scared him. The cute little guy was actuall no bigger than two and a half foot tall and his mum is about 3 and a half foot. They are just so sweet.

OH my goodness Jo, your capture is so precious of this little guy. Oh how I would love to catch and take care of him. So sweet and love this posting.
